GATU Antillas is a bright and spacious apartment very close to the beach and Puerto Sherry, near supermarkets and shops.  It offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, overlooking the community gardens.

It features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a large terrace with garden views.

Air conditioning is provided in the living room and hallway, and Wi-Fi is available.

At the owner's express request, the apartment is not available for groups of young people under 25.

An ideal accommodation option for a family holiday, close to everything, in a comfortable, functional, bright, and well-equipped apartment.

  • The official Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., although depending on the availability of the apartment, it can be advanced if needed
  • It is not allowed to have parties or celebrate events unless expressly authorized
  • The check out time is by default at 11am, although depending on availability, there may be the possibility of extending under supplement
  • Upon entry, the ID or passports of guests over 16 years of age will be required.
  • Please respect the rest and tranquility of the neighbors, as well as the rules of good neighborliness and community areas.
  • Upon arrival, a deposit of € 150 will be requested by blocking in your credit card, which will be returned after departure after we check the house and confirm that the rules have been complied with.
  • It is forbidden to make noise or play music between 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. Please respect the rest hours.
