Facing the well-maintained interior gardens of the complex, it offers an extremely quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a cozy living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a magnificent private terrace with relaxing views of the garden.
It is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning in both the living room and the hallway leading to the bedrooms.

- To ensure that everything is perfectly arranged for your arrival, it is very important that we confirm your arrival time so we can coordinate the schedules of the staff responsible for cleaning or handing over the apartments.
- Pets are NOT allowed in this house.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m . , although depending on the apartment's availability, it can be earlier if needed.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. by default , although depending on availability, it may be possible to extend it for an additional fee.
- Upon arrival, you will be required to have completed online check-in for ALL guests. Please kindly take this into consideration.
- Upon check-in, you will be asked to provide a 200€ security deposit via a pre-authorization on your credit card, which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the property and confirmation that all rules have been followed.
- It is not allowed to have parties or celebrate events unless expressly authorized.
- No noise or music is allowed between 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
