• Special cancellation conditions may apply to groups of 2 or more reservations.

• In order to have everything perfectly prepared for your arrival, it is very important to contact you to know the arrival time and thus be able to organize the agenda of the people who clean or deliver the apartments.

• Pets are NOT allowed in this house.

• The official check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. , depending on the availability of the apartment, it can be brought forward if needed.

For arrivals between 10pm and midnight, a supplement of €20 will be charged.

Check-ins are not available after midnight (except for reasons of force majeure).

• The check out time is by default at 11am , although depending on availability, there may be the possibility of extending under supplement.

• Upon arrival, you will be required to have completed online check-in for ALL guests. Please kindly take this into consideration.

• Upon check-in, you will be asked to provide a 200€ security deposit via a pre-authorization on your credit card, which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the property and confirmation that all rules have been followed.

• No noise or music is allowed between 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. Please respect your neighbors’ right to rest and quiet, as well as the rules of good neighborliness and the good use of common areas.
