This recently built apartment offers guests a comfortable stay in an unbeatable location, close to all the main tourist attractions: monuments, bars, shops, squares, and terraces.

It's an open-plan studio apartment with a double bed, a living/kitchen area, and a bathroom with a shower.

Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating are included.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor and is accessible by stairs (there is no elevator).

  • Upon arrival, a €100 security deposit will be required and placed on your credit card. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, once the accommodation has been inspected and cleaned (provided there is no damage).
  • To ensure everything is perfectly prepared for your arrival, it is very important that we contact you to let you know your arrival time so we can schedule the cleaning and check-out times.
  • Pets are NOT allowed.
  • The official check-in time is from 3:00 PM, although depending on availability, it may be possible to check in earlier if needed.
  • The default check-out time is 11:00 AM, although depending on availability, it may be possible to extend the check-out time if there are no other reservations scheduled for that day, at a surcharge of €10 per additional hour.
  • Upon arrival, you will be required to have completed online check-in for all guests (including children).
  • Please plan accordingly to avoid delays in your arrival.
  • Parties and events are not permitted without express authorization.
  • Loud music or noises that may disturb neighbors during siesta or rest periods are not allowed.
  • The maximum number of guests is not permitted. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the loss of your security deposit and cancellation of your reservation without a refund for any unused nights.
