With the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, the apartment features three double bedrooms , a spacious living room, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and two full bathrooms , ensuring maximum comfort and convenience during your stay.
It also offers Wi-Fi and air conditioning. For added convenience when traveling by car, the building itself has a public parking lot on the ground floor (with reasonable rates ranging from €4.95 to €14 per full day, depending on the season).

- Special cancellation conditions may apply to groups of 2 or more reservations.
- To ensure that everything is perfectly arranged for your arrival, it is very important that we confirm your arrival time so we can coordinate the schedules of the staff responsible for cleaning or handing over the apartments.
- One pet weighing up to 6 kg is allowed for an additional fee of €20.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. , although depending on the apartment's availability, it can be earlier if needed.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. by default , although depending on availability, it may be possible to extend it for an additional fee.
- Upon arrival, you will be required to have completed online check-in for ALL guests. Please kindly take this into consideration.
- Upon check-in, you will be asked to provide a 200€ security deposit via a pre-authorization on your credit card, which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out , following an inspection of the property and confirmation that all rules have been followed.
- It is not allowed to have parties or celebrate events unless expressly authorized.
- No noise or music is allowed between 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
