It can accommodate up to 9 people in 3 bedrooms, all with double beds (one of which also has bunk beds), 2 bathrooms with showers inside the house, and a toilet in the garden next to the pool and outdoor shower.

OTHER INFORMATION OF INTEREST
- Group reservations for young people under 25 years of age are not accepted.
- Upon arrival, a security deposit of €300 will be required. This deposit will be made by Bizum, cash, or bank transfer to the owners' account. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of departure after the accommodation has been inspected and cleaned, provided there is no damage of any kind and the rules regarding capacity, behavior, noise, and other matters have been respected.
- In order to have everything perfectly prepared for your arrival, it is very important that we contact you to determine your arrival time and thus be able to organize the schedule of the cleaners or apartment check-in staff.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- The official check-in time is from 5:00 PM, although check-out can be done earlier if necessary, depending on availability.
- Check-out is by default at 11:00 AM, although, depending on availability, it may be possible to extend the time if there are no reservations scheduled that same day, for a surcharge of €20 per additional hour.
- Upon arrival, all guests (including children) will be required to have completed online check-in. Please plan ahead to avoid delaying your arrival.
- Parties and events are not permitted unless expressly authorized.
- LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE THAT MAY DISTURB NEIGHBORS IS NOT PERMITTED DURING NAP OR REST HOURS.
- EXCEEDING THE STATED NUMBER OF PEOPLE IS NOT PERMITTED UNLESS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED.
- Please respect the rest and tranquility of the neighbors, as well as the responsible use of the pool and garden.
