- Bookings from groups of young people under the age of 25 are not accepted.
- Upon arrival, a security deposit of €300 will be required via Bizum or bank transfer to the owners' account. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of departure, following inspection and cleaning of the property , provided there is no damage and all rules regarding occupancy, conduct, noise levels, etc., have been observed.
- Special cancellation conditions may apply to groups of two or more bookings.
- To ensure everything is perfectly prepared for your arrival, it is essential that we communicate with you regarding your arrival time so we can coordinate the schedules of the cleaning and key-handover staff.
- Pets are allowed at this property.
- The official check-in time is from 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM , although an earlier check-in may be possible depending on apartment availability.
- The standard check-out time is 11:00 AM ; however, depending on availability, a late check-out may be possible for an additional fee.
- Prior to your arrival, you will be sent a link to complete the online check-in for all guests (including children); completing this step is important to avoid delays and streamline the arrival process.
- If, after confirming an approximate arrival time, there is a delay of more than two hours without prior notice, a surcharge of €15 per hour of delay will be charged.
- Parties and events are not permitted without express authorization.
- We ask that you respect the neighbors' peace and quiet and use the pool and garden responsibly.
