In order to have everything perfectly prepared for your arrival, it is very important to contact you to know the arrival time and thus be able to organize the agenda of the people who clean or deliver the apartments.
Pets are NOT accepted in this house
The official Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., although depending on the availability of the apartment, it can be advanced if needed
Please have it planned If after confirming the approximate time of arrival, there are delays without prior notice with more than 2 hours in advance, a supplement of € 15 will be charged for each hour of delay
It is not allowed to have parties or celebrate events unless expressly authorized
The check out time is by default at 11am, although depending on availability, there may be the possibility of extending under supplement
Upon entry, the ID or passports of guests over 16 years of age will be required.
Please respect the rest and tranquility of the neighbors, as well as the rules of good neighborliness and community areas.
Upon arrival, a deposit of € 150 will be requested by blocking in your credit card, which will be returned after departure after we check the house and confirm that the rules have been complied with.
