Villa Océano is a unique accommodation located on the seafront of Puerto Sherry, bright with frontal views of the sea from all bedrooms and living room. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and 2 terraces. Together with restaurants, the beach and the seaport, it is really a special apartment since from all the beds you can see the sea.

Clients should know that it is a second floor without an elevator and since it is in the middle of the promenade, there may be noise at night.

  • In order to have everything perfectly prepared for your arrival, it is very important to contact you to know the arrival time and thus be able to organize the agenda of the people who clean or deliver the apartments. 
  • Pets are NOT accepted in this house 
  • The official Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., although depending on the availability of the apartment, it can be advanced if needed 
  • It is not allowed to have parties or celebrate events unless expressly authorized 
  • The check out time is by default at 11am, although depending on availability, there may be the possibility of extending under supplement 
  • Upon entry, the ID or passports of guests over 16 years of age will be required. 
  • Please respect the rest and tranquility of the neighbors, as well as the rules of good neighborliness and community areas. 
  • Upon arrival, a deposit of € 200 will be requested by blocking in your credit card, which will be returned after departure after we check the house and confirm that the rules have been complied with. 
  • It is forbidden to make noise or play music between 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. Please respect the rest hours.
