  • -A deposit of 150€ will be requested at your entrance by blocking the credit card to be returned within a few days after departure after the review of the house and compliance with the rules
  • . -It is not allowed to have parties or celebrate events unless expressly authorized. -Please respect the rest and tranquility of the neighbors, as well as the rules of good neighborliness and community areas such as swimming pools, gardens, parking lots or sports courts. -It is forbidden to make noise or play music between 23:00h and 10:00h. Please respect the hours of rest.
