- In order to have everything perfectly prepared for your arrival, it is very important to contact you to know the arrival time and thus be able to organize the agenda of the people who clean or deliver the apartments.
- Pets are NOT allowed in this house.
- The official check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. , although depending on the availability of the apartment, it can be advanced if needed.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. by default , though a late check-out may be possible depending on availability and for an additional fee.
- Upon arrival, you will be required to have completed online check-in for ALL guests. Please kindly take this into consideration.
- Upon check-in, you will be asked to provide a 200€ security deposit via a pre-authorization on your credit card, which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out , following an inspection of the property and confirmation that all rules have been followed.
- It is not allowed to have parties or celebrate events unless expressly authorized.
- No noise or music is allowed between 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
