- Reservations from groups of young people under 25 years of age are not accepted.
- Upon arrival, a €300 security deposit will be required via Bizum, cash, or bank transfer to the owners' account.
- This amount will be refunded within 7 days of departure, once the accommodation has been inspected and cleaned, provided there is no damage of any kind and the rules regarding capacity, behavior, noise, etc., have been respected.
- To ensure everything is perfectly prepared for your arrival, it is very important that we communicate with you to let us know your arrival time so we can schedule the cleaning and check-out staff.
- Pets are welcome in this property. 1 pet only.
- The official check-in time is from 5:00 PM, although depending on availability, it may be possible to check in earlier if needed.
- The default check-out time is 11:00 AM, although depending on availability, it may be possible to extend the time if there are no reservations scheduled for that same day, at a supplement of €50 per additional hour.
- Upon arrival, you will be required to have completed online check-in for all guests (including children).
- Please plan accordingly to avoid delays in your arrival.
- Parties and events are not permitted without express authorization.
- Loud music or noises that may disturb neighbors during quiet or rest periods are not allowed.
- Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors and use the pool and garden responsibly.
