Ático Sotavento is a magnificent duplex located 600m from one of the best beaches on the Costa de la Luz. Located in an exclusive urbanization with large gardens, 2 swimming pools and well-kept gardens with lush vegetation.

It is distributed over 2 floors with large terraces, air conditioning, parking space and Wi-Fi.

Capacity for up to 7 guests comfortably thanks to the 120m2 of the accommodation.

The ground floor has an entrance hall, large kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (one with a trundle bunk and the other with a really comfortable double sofa bed), a bathroom with shower and a spacious terrace. The upper floor offers an en-suite bedroom with bathroom and private terrace.
